Pastra On Mitigating Internet Dangers

The Group Managing Director of Bems Group, Dr. Pastra Arinze Etie, July 24 presented a compelling lecture on "Understanding and Mitigating The Dangers of the Internet." at the Senate Auditorium, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture.
The Tech Talk with Bems host outlined the various merits of internet usage and the negative impact of internet abuse.
Other key discussions at the event include Cyber Security, Cyber Responsibility, Morals and Law.
The event organised by the Directorate of University Advancement and Student Affairs, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, attracted students from various departments of the institution as well as the Vice Chancellor, Prof Iwe, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and other key university officials including the Director of the Directorate of Advancement, Prof Offor, and the Dean of Student Affairs.
